The entire design process was straightforward, professional, and their team took the time to understand and accommodate all of our specific needs. The products were delivered within the timeframe we requested, and the quality exceeded our expectations. They look great in our tool boxes. This is an awesome product. Super easy to lay tools out and the process is simple. Great quality foam and it’s defendable. I’m starting on laying out my second box now.

One thing to mention is the cutouts are loose fit, perfect for my application but might not work for everyone. Simple process, send picture, review/approve their design, and receive. Simple, time saving, will be using again moving forward.

Awesome experience! It was an easy process to lay out tools and format to be cut out. Sheets came back just how I wanted them laid out and cut. Worth every dollar.

I laid out every tool very meticulously in my drawers thinking they would keep the placement the same, but they re-arranged things for me instead, which lead to me annotating screen-shots and sometimes going as far as making diagrams. After all that, all but one of the inserts was perfect. They had mistakenly manufactured a previous iteration of the insert instead of the last and most recent version. I sent them a photo with some more annotations to help explain what happened, and they offered to remake it at no charge, but it hasn't arrived yet, so fingers crossed. Overall I'm quite pleased with the results, but man is it a long process. From my first email with them till receiving the first set of inserts, it took a little over a month, so just be ready for that. Overall, I like TraceMySpace, but boy is it expensive.

What a great upgrade to my tool box. The process is easy, the cutouts are super clean and precise. Highly recommend this. I'll be doing some more of them as I fill it out.
