Milwaukee Packout Custom Foam Inserts

Create a custom insert for your Milwaukee Packout

Step 1: Choose your Packout model #

Step 2: Choose your desired top layer thickness (this is how deep the tools will sit into the foam)

Step 3: Select a bottom layer color (this is the color that will show when a tool is missing)

Step 4: Layout your tools within your Packout and upload a picture of your tool layout

    – Make sure there is at least 1/4″ between each tool and between each tool and the edge of the Packout

    – Take the picture directly above the Packout and make sure the entire case can be seen

We will email you a proof of the generated file to review for any changes needed before we cut and ship your insert

**We do not offer engraving on inserts for the Packouts to show tool names, sizes, etc.**
