How many of this drawer do you need?

If every drawer is identical, like matching toolbox drawers across a fleet, enter the quantity here. If you need a different layout, you will add that as a separate insert after this one is complete.

FOAM COLOR AND THICKNESS *
Top layer thickness * This is how deep your tools will be recessed into the foam
Top layer color This is the color of the top layer of foam. This layer only comes in Black
Bottom layer thickness *
Bottom layer color * This is the layer of foam that your tools will sit on and show when one is missing
ENGRAVING OPTIONS * We can engrave tool sizes, tool names, part numbers, company logos and custom logos

Remove the drawer and place it on a flat surface.

Arrange your drawer contents
  • Leave at least 1/4" spacing between each tool and the drawer edges
  • Alternate tool direction to maximize space
  • Keep the layout clean and intentional
Measure the inside length and width of your drawer.
  • Use exact measurements
  • Do not round up or down

UNITS * This is the inside dimensions of the drawer. Make sure the measurements are exact. No rounding up or down.
PHOTOGRAPH

Upload a photo of this drawer only. Each insert needs its own photo so if you have more than one custom drawer, you will add those later.

  • Place quarters snugly in each corner of the drawer for scale
  • Take a photo of your drawer from directly overhead (looking straight down)
  • Make sure entire drawer is visible
  • Picture should be clear and well-lit

WHAT TO EXPECT

Once you submit your order, our Trace Team gets to work! We will send you proofs of your traced images for review before any cutting begins. If your order includes engraving, we will send you an engraving form to complete after the initial proofs have been approved. No inserts will be cut until we have received your final approval.
