At TraceMySpace, our inserts are made from premium closed-cell crosslinked foam—not the lower-grade, open-cell foam commonly found in many tool organizers. Shipping & Warranty
What is your shipping policy?
Domestic Shipping
Our shipping provider is UPS. We will email a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can track all the way to your doorstep.
International Shipping
We ship to countries around the world. We offer UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Saver and UPS Ground Shipping. We will email a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can track all the way to your doorstep.
How soon will my order ship?
Depending on our current order volume and your order size, within 10-15 days of placing your order you will receive a tracing proof(s) from our Trace Team for your review. Once the proof is approved, we will then work with you to add in your engraving if requested or, will cut and ship your order. Depending on all of these variables, on average from the time of order to the time of delivery, is about 20-30 days.
If you need an order rushed, we can try and make accommodations for this.
What is your return policy?
At TraceMySpace we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department at info@tracemyspace.com.
What is your warranty?
We warranty our inserts to be free of any defects in material for 1 year after your purchase. If you have any problems with your insert before or after the 1-year period, please let us know, as our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Contact us at info@tracemyspace.com.
What if I get a new tool and need a new insert?
Simply take a photo of your new drawer layout and proceed to upload and order on our site.
